Keeping to a budget
The level of indexing (detail) is the deciding cost factor. We can assist you to determine the level of detail for the index, in relationship to the audience for the work and your budget and time requirements.
Quotes

We provide all quotes free of charge or obligation.

We can also provide estimates if you wish to have a rough idea of the cost of a job.

For large or complex projects we will attend an initial meeting free of charge to discuss the project's requirements and cost.

To make a quote for indexing and proofreading we require at least ten representative pages to base our quote on.

We provide detailed costings with all proposals.
Invoices

We invoice jobs taking less than three weeks on delivery of the work.

Work which extends beyond three weeks is invoiced progressively.

We can negotiate progressive payments.
Terms
Our terms of payment are fourteen days. However, you can negotiate changes to these terms.
International clients
All payments must be made in Australian dollars.
